Shreveport Metropolitan Ballet 2011 ushers in annual fairytale ballet The Nutcracker

Grab the kids and family and head to the Riverview Theater Saturday and Sunday December 3 and 4th for the fairytale delight "The Nutcracker", an annual SMB production. 100 local Dancers along with guest artists from the Houston Ballet Company and the Shreveport Symphony conducted by SMB's Music Director Kermit Poling will bring to life the magic of a wonderland of  princesses, a Mouse King, soldiers, a land of sweets and a special Nutcracker toy. Artistic Director for the SMB is Kendra Meiki.
