The Texarkana Symphony Orchestra, Music Director Marc-Andre' Bougie conducting, takes you on a tour into outer space including the Planetary Solar Systems this Saturday evening February 19, 2012 at the Perot Theatre in downtown Texarkana.

Earth and Pluto are not part of Holst Suite because all of the Planets were named after Roman Gods. Earth was not and Pluto had not been discovered yet.

Mercury -the inner most planet and the smallest
Mars - 4th planet from the Sun -
Jupiter - 5th planet around the Sun and the largest
Saturn - 6th planet from the Sun and second largest
Venus - 2nd planet from the Sun
Neptune - the 8th planet and farthest from the Sun
Uranus - the 7th planet from the Sun
