The Monroe Symphony Orchestra and vocalist Halie Loren will fill the Monroe Civic Center Arena with the jazzy sounds of holiday classics.  Reserve a table and enjoy an evening of holiday cheer.  (The concert was postponed from Saturday 12-14).
