Longview Symphony Orchestra with solo percussionist Chandler Teague jump start the 2011-2012 Concert Season with a huge bang

Shreveport's Chandler Teague will open the Longview Symphony Orchestra's 2011-2012 season playing Richard Rodney  Bennett's Percussion Concerto, a piece for solo percussion and orchestra in four movements. First on the program, Faure' Pavane. Beethoven Symphony No. 5 concludes the evening with the famous four note theme we know so well.
