The Shreveport Symphony conducted by SMB Music Director Kermit Poling joins the Shreveport Metropolitan Ballet Sunday at Riverview Theater for SMB's production of Prokokofiev's ballet Cinderella. Artistic Director is Kendra Meiki.

A Concert in Memory of SSO founding Music Director Maestro John Shenaut presented by the Wideman International Piano Competition

Friday, March 30, 2012 The Wideman International Piano Competition will present a concert tribute for founding SSO Music Director, Maestro John Snenaut. Guest soloists will be 'cellist John Henry Crawford, student at Curtis Institute of Music and the 2011 Wideman Competition Gold medalist, pianist, Yue chu. Music by Beethoven, Chopin and Martinu.
